Lấy sáng tự nhiên cho nhà lô chật hẹp

Trong điều kiện đất đai chật hẹp hiện nay, trường hợp những căn nhà lô phố chỉ có một mặt thoáng rất phổ biến. Khi đó, việc thông gió và chiếu sáng tự nhiên cho ngôi nhà rất khó khăn, thậm chí đối với nhiều nơi là không thể.

Những tấm kính cường lực hình chữ nhật đươc đặt trong những khung thép cài cố định trên tường tạo nên một hành lang trong suốt. Và tất cả các bậc thang đều được làm từ gỗ sồi Tasmania rắn chắc.

Nhu cầu sử dụng mặt bằng quá cao so với diện tích eo hẹp của lô đất đã dẫn tới những giải pháp lấy sáng khá phổ biến tại Việt Nam hiện nay như tạo giếng trời, khe thông gió, sân trong hoặc sân sau... Nhưng KTS Tom Rivard (Australia) đã có một giải pháp thông gió rất hay cho ngôi nhà dạng chia lô 3 tầng không có giếng trời. Ông đã sử dụng vật liệu kính trong thiết kế hành lang và cửa sổ mái, kết hợp với các khe hở của những bậc thang để làm nơi thông gió và truyền ánh sáng tự nhiện vào trong nhà.

Các bậc thang được được treo bằng hệ cáp inox gắn vào dầm thép trên trần tầng 3.

Để dẫn thêm nhiều ánh sáng vào được nhà bếp ở tầng dưới, sàn nhà của phòng học tầng 2 được làm bằng tấm lưới nhôm tạo ra bề mặt sàn thoáng và không cản ánh sáng.

Kiến trúc sư đã thiết kế thang và hành lang vào trung tâm của ngôi nhà và là nơi thiếu sáng nhất. Đó cũng chính là nơi tính toán để lấy ánh sáng và thông gió tự nhiên. Sàn hành lang ở giữa bằng kính cường lực và cửa sổ mái nhà ở vị trí cao cho phép ánh nắng mặt trời và ánh sáng tự nhiên trải dài vào giữa ngôi nhà.

Để có được lượng ánh sáng lớn nhất, cầu thang được bố trí về một phía và ở giữa ngôi nhà.

Những viên gạch kính và lưới nhôm của sàn nhà phòng học ở trên giúp cho ánh sáng và không khí vào trong nhà bếp nhiều hơn.

Ông Rival cho rằng ban ngày, ánh sáng tự nhiên và nắng mặt trời sẽ được truyền xuyên qua những tấm kính và vào tất cả các căn phòng ở cả 3 tầng. Vào buổi tối, ánh sáng sẽ được phản chiếu theo cả hai hướng, từ trên xuống và dưới lên, tạo ra hiệu quả thú vị khắp ngôi nhà.

Ánh sáng và không gian trong phòng bếp cũng được cải thiện bởi việc dùng lưới nhôm thoáng để tạo thành mảng trần trong bếp và sàn nhà phòng học ở phía trên. Bức tường bằng gạch kính cũng góp phần đem lại hiệu quả ánh sáng như vậy.
